Every nurse is a leader. Regardless of title and position, every nurse exercises leading-edge authority to influence the health of those in his or her care. Every nurse uses knowledge and skill to make decisions with and about others. in this rapidly changing healthcare environment nurses will be key to the future. The focus of this conference is to assist nurses in recognizing values that are the foundation of our work. Holistic strategies to support us in a complex healthcare system will be taught.
This seminar is approved for 6.0 contact hours.
