Theme: Awakened Hearts: Encountering Christ on the Way

A group of retreatants and the Pastoral Preaching Team gathered together and shared to prepare for the theme for the new retreat season and while there were a lot of issues there was always an underlying theme, opening our lives to God’s will and word. In our journey of life’s ups and downs and its stresses, we are invited to pause and be in contact with our God in prayer.

The book we will be reflecting on is The Road to Emmaus-Pilgrimage as a Way of Life, by Jim Forest.
