It was a beautiful sunny day for Mater Dolorosa’s Seventh Annual Golf Classic as 138 golfers took off in their golf carts with the intention of low scores and lots of fun. No hole in ones this year, but a few golfers were really close. A hosted social, delicious dinner, awards presentation, and an auction with great items were held at the Retreat Center following our day of golf.
Fr. Pat made several rounds of the golf course visiting golfers, giving advice and taking pictures.
Also taking pictures were Gus Velarde, Fr.Bruno D’Souza, C.P. and Br. John Rockenbach, C.P. You can see their talent in the great photos on Facebook. Of course, they did need great photogenic subjects such as our golfers and volunteers!
