We Receive More Than We Give
Dr. Ricardo Riojas, M.D. and his wife, Bea, just returned from their most recent medical outreach trip to Mexico. He writes, "We flew from San Antonio to Oaxaca, Mexico on Sept. 4th. We saw about 500 patients a day from Monday through Friday. Local medical students and my nurse helped me. One day I saw about 18 Down Syndrome children with their teachers from a local school. I couldn’t check children on a bed so I stacked about four mattresses so I wouldn’t have to bend so low. We had each taken a bag of medical samples. Bea worked in the Pharmacy. "
